Due to the highly collectible and randomized nature of our limited-edition trading cards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, including pre-sale items, as the value of these cards is tied to their unopened and unsearched status. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must contact our support team at primotradingcards@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for a discretionary review. Please note that initiating a chargeback for a valid order may result in account restrictions and the refusal of future service.
