By accessing or purchasing from Primo Trading Cards (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms.

**Orders & Pre-Sales:**

All sales, including pre-orders, are final. Pre-sale items will ship on or around the stated release date. Delays may occur due to production or logistics; such delays do not entitle cancellation or refund.

**Products:**

Trading cards are collectible items. Pack contents are random and not guaranteed. We do not guarantee specific cards, rarities, or outcomes.

**Pricing & Availability:**

Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

**Shipping:**

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments once transferred to the carrier. Claims must be filed with the carrier.

**Intellectual Property:**

All content, designs, and materials are owned by Primo Trading Cards and may not be used without permission.

**Limitation of Liability:**

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.

**Governing Law:**

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
