Primo Trading Cards processes and ships orders within a reasonable timeframe based on order volume and product availability.

**Pre-Sale Orders:**

Pre-sale items will ship on or around the stated release date. Processing times may vary, and delays may occur. By purchasing, you agree to these timelines.

**Processing Time:**

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after release or purchase, depending on demand.

**Shipping Method:**

Orders are shipped via standard carriers (e.g., USPS). Delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance.

**Address Accuracy:**

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

**Lost or Delayed Packages:**

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Primo Trading Cards is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.
