Refund policy
**Effective Date:** January 1, 2026
All sales are final. Primo Trading Cards does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, including pre-sale items.
**No Refunds:**
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading cards, all purchases are non-refundable once an order is placed.
**Damaged Items:**
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for damage occurring during transit.
**Incorrect Orders:**
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at [support@primotradingcards.com](mailto:support@primotradingcards.com) within 3 days of delivery. We will review and resolve at our discretion.
**Pre-Sale Policy:**
Pre-sale orders cannot be canceled or refunded. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept estimated shipping timelines.
**Chargebacks:**
Initiating a chargeback for a valid order may result in account restrictions and refusal of future service.
