PRIMO TRADING CARDS
GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: April 21, 2026

By participating in the Primo Trading Cards Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. SPONSOR

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Primo Trading Cards ("Sponsor").

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Whatnot.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open only to individuals who are:

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and
  • Legal residents of the United States.

Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on April 21, 2026 and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time, or when all eligible product inventory is sold out, whichever occurs first (the "Giveaway Period").

Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, Participant must complete all of the following:

  1. Purchase at least one qualifying product (a "Pack") from Sponsor via its website or through Whatnot during the Giveaway Period.
  2. Record a video of the Pack opening. If the Pack is opened by Participant, Participant must record the opening. If the Pack is opened live by Sponsor on Whatnot, Participant may record, clip, or screen capture the live opening or record the delivered package and contents upon receipt.
  3. Post the video on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and tag @primotradingcards in the post.

Each qualifying post constitutes one (1) entry. Maximum of three (3) entries per Participant.

Posts must be public and accessible at the time of winner selection.

No purchase without a qualifying post constitutes a valid entry.

5. OPTIONAL SUBMISSION

Participants may, but are not required to, submit a link to their post via email to primotradingcards@gmail.com for tracking purposes. Failure to submit via email does not invalidate an otherwise qualifying entry.

6. PRIZES

  • Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) cash prize of $1,000 USD.
  • Total prize pool: $3,000 USD.

Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for any alternative consideration.

7. PAYMENT

Prizes will be distributed via one of the following methods, at Sponsor's discretion or as agreed with the winner:

  • Cash App
  • Venmo
  • PayPal

Payment will be issued within seventy-two (72) hours of winner verification and confirmation.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within three (3) to five (5) days after the Giveaway Period ends.

Winners will be contacted via the platform used for entry or other contact information available to Sponsor.

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.

Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 where required by law.

10. CONTENT LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

By entering, Participant grants Sponsor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any submitted content, including but not limited to video, images, and captions, for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further notice, consent, or compensation.

Participant represents and warrants that they own or have the necessary rights to grant such license.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions
  • Submits false, misleading, or fraudulent entries
  • Uses bots, automation, or manipulation
  • Posts content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

13. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or any factor that impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. AGREEMENT

By participating in the Giveaway, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
